Our newest magnetic assembly, the\u00a0Long and Narrow Plate Magnet is specially designed to be used in TMR Mixers, Feed Grinders, Roller Mills, Hammer Mills, and Feed Wagons with limited length of discharge chute but a wide chute opening gap.\u00a0 Made to fit in a\u00a04 inch width, this long magnet is available in a few standard lengths or can be customize to fit your exact needs.<\/p>\n

Stainless Steel\u00a0Plate Magnets<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Stainless Steel Plate Magnet is a strong, versatile permanent magnet.\u00a0\u00a0With a completely stainless steel encasing these magnets are ideal for removing iron or steal contaminates from plastics, food, cosmetics, grain and many other products.\u00a0 These magnets offer\u00a0dimensional customization, optional food grade construction, as well as a stronger magnetic pulling force than available in the AM Series magnets.<\/p>\n

Stainless Steel Magnetic Grates\u00a0are designed to trap and remove harmful magnetic metals from non-magnetic material.\u00a0 Primarily these magnets are used in Hoppers as well as drainage systems to capture unwanted debris.\u00a0 Various standard sizes are available in round or rectangular configurations or they can be custom built to your exact specifications.\u00a0 The\u00a0Stainless Steel Tube Magnets\u00a0are also implemented in similar magnetic separation processes.\u00a0 However, Tube Magnets are also extremely versatile in application and can be built to custom lengths for your individual needs.<\/p>\n
